Our Mission
The Georgia Justice Bus is a mobile, community-based legal service initiative based in Atlanta designed to increase access to legal resources through outreach, civic education, and direct engagement. By working with communities directly, we aim to make legal support more visible, accessible, and approachable. Our core principles:
Access
Connection
Discover
We bring legal services directly into underserved communities, reducing barriers created by distance, technology, and awareness.
We prioritize face-to-face interaction to build trust and create meaningful engagement between individuals and legal resources.
We identify legal needs that may otherwise go unaddressed and connect individuals with the support required to take action.

“Memories of our lives, of our works and our deeds will continue in others”
- Rosa Parks’
Many legal resources exist, but access is often limited by awareness, technology, and the complexity of navigating legal systems. As a result, individuals in underserved communities may not seek or receive the support they need.
The Justice Bus addresses this gap by meeting people where they are. Through direct, in-person engagement, we create opportunities for individuals to ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with ongoing legal support.
